Filming day
Monday the 16th we filmed the cutaways which I thought went really well. We spent the week reviewing the footage and putting the cutaways in to a rough edit with notes where shots would go. This was really helpful as it helped us all get a better understanding of what we needed to film Friday.
Friday we headed to the park with the quipment and we discovered when setting up we were missing a screw from the tripod that put us behind which FTU were sorry about. this allowed us to talk with the actors and run through the plan of the day which was helpful. Jack went to find a replacement screw and I sat with Julia to help her change her make up to better fit the character.we began filming and following Joe's shot list which ran smoothly. If we were to do it again we would use a fig rig as some of the shots are limited and a little bit shakey. We got along really well with the actors and the process ran smoothly. I am happy with the footage we got as I am reviewing the footage.
over the week me and Sophie have reviewed the footage and put together a Roughcut. Joe also helped with this process. We discovered we could've got a lot more footage as we do feel quite limited with shots.
Tuesday 24th April
Today we are going to record Joe and Jack doing a rough voiceover just to get a better idea about what we want to do.
